- VAT: Stripe works out your country’s tax at checkout; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT (reverse charge).
- Expiry: the whole balance expires 12 months after your last purchase. We email you about 30 days before.
- Invoices: Stripe emails you the receipt and invoice. You can add your company’s tax details at checkout.
- Withdrawal: as a consumer you have 14 days from purchase. Press “Withdraw from contract” on Billing: we refund what you paid minus the part of the credits you have used.
