In “My account” (your name, at the top of the dashboard) you manage your account and your data.
- Profile: change your name.
- Security: change your password or sign out on every device.
- Communications: choose whether to receive news and offers (emails needed for the service always reach you).
- Your data: download a ZIP with a copy of everything we keep about your account, documents and files. The link works for 48 hours.
- Delete the account: access is closed at once and you have 30 days to undo it from the link we email you; then everything is deleted. By law the purchase record is kept for 6 years without your personal details.
Forgot your password? Press “Forgot your password?” when signing in and we will email you a link to choose a new one (it expires in one hour).
Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them; you can change your choice from the site footer.
