Problem	What to do
The verification code does not arrive	Check spam and promotions. Wait a minute and ask for another (up to 5 an hour).
“Scanned PDF”	The PDF has no text (they are photos). Run it through OCR and upload it again.
Only the first pages were read	Your plan has a page limit per document (see “Sources”).
The document comes out in another language	Choose the language in the wizard’s first step; if you write the brief in another language, they may mix.
“Insufficient credits”	Buy a pack on Billing. Expired credits cannot be used.
“You have run many AI operations in a short time”	It is a safety limit (60 an hour). Wait a while or write to us.
I paid and do not see the credits	Reload the page. If they do not appear within a few minutes, write to us with the purchase email.
The page goes blank	Reload it: we may have released a new version while you had it open.
