Until you have bought a pack, in each document you can generate the outline and the first 2 chapters with your welcome credits. The other chapters keep their outline ready.
Press “Unlock” to see the packs and what the missing chapters would cost. With any pack they are written, charging their price to your balance.
If you do not want to buy, you can export the chapters already written to Word.
